While we were all still paying for the night before for having so much alcohol, we still managed to get out. Two very nice Canadian boys came with us to explore Rome some more. The 5 of us went to the spanish steps and enjoyed our home made sandwiches to save some money.
Then we went to the Treve fountain. Ofcourse we had to throw a coin over our right shoulder and make a wish. After this we still had our Roma pass which we wanted to use. So we went in search for a museum. We then went and drank our bottle of wine with the view of a busy intersection. It was so great to just sit there with awesome people and relax after our long walk. Which you actually had to order tickets for in advance. Which kind of sucked but luckly for us it was located in a beautiful park. When we got into the park it had a band playing and the view of Rome was breath taking. Cause it was so hot we all enjoyed a nice Heineken and sat in the sun on the grass.
We then left and took the metro back to closer to our hostel. We then went to a massive ruin which I forgot the name of. We watched the sun set again with starlings circling the sky. I think we stood there for half an hour just in awe and sad that we had to leave the next day.
We then went back to the hostel and had a family style dinner of pasta the boys made. When it was 11 and 7 bottles of vino were gone we went to the plaza where supposibly everything happens at night. We had a couple of shots and by 4 oclock we were back at the hostel. Which was great cause we had to get up at 630.
